Durch Ern\u00e4hrung verbessern wir unsere Lebensqualit\u00e4t, heilen Krankheiten und beugen andere vor.<\/span><\/h2>\n[\/split_line_heading][vc_column_text]F\u00fcr jede Patientin erstellen wir einen pers\u00f6nlichen Ern\u00e4hrungsplan. Wir f\u00f6rdern durch verschiedene Phasen einen nat\u00fcrlichen Prozess, der jede Patientin zu ihrem gesamten Wohlbefinden zur\u00fcckf\u00fchrt. Wenn man traurig oder gereizt ist, wird man dazu neigen, mehr zu essen und die Di\u00e4t schnell aufzugeben. Wenn aber der eingeschlagene Weg dazu f\u00fchrt, dass man sich wohl und voller Energie f\u00fchlt, dann bedeutet dies, dass der Ern\u00e4hrungsplan eine positive ganzheitliche Wirkung hervorgerufen hat und demzufolge wird man diesem Ern\u00e4hrungsplan bereitwillig folgen und anhaltende Ergebnisse erzielen.<\/p>\n

Leider erkennen wir oft den immensen Wert der Gesundheit, nur dann, wenn sie in Gefahr ist, nur dann, wenn sie in Frage gestellt wird. Solange man jung oder nicht krank ist, h\u00e4lt man sich f\u00fcr nahezu unverwundbar, und dies beg\u00fcnstigt die meisten heimt\u00fcckischsten Krankheiten, die nebenbei an der Spitze der h\u00e4ufigsten Todesursachen aufgelistet werden: Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen, Krebs und Diabetes. Nun, w\u00e4re es nicht besser, sich die M\u00fche zu geben, zeitgerecht auf sich selbst zu achten statt sp\u00e4ter teure Medikamente einzunehmen, die x-beliebige Nebenwirkungen verursachen? Heute wird davon ausgegangen, dass es „normal“ ist, Blutdruck- oder cholesterinspiegelsenkende Medikamente einzunehmen. Die Wahrheit sieht aber ganz anders aus und zwar sollte all dies nicht die Regel sein! \u201eNormal\u201c w\u00fcrde hei\u03b2en ein vollst\u00e4ndiges und zufriedenstellendes Leben zu f\u00fchren, aus der Sicht der Gesundheit, der k\u00f6rperlichen Bewegung und des sozialen Umfeldes.
